For the purpose of these Terms, Designers Growth Club is referred to as “The Agency,” which provides all services and handles all legal transactions(Infinite growth partner). The Agency’s vision is to empower niche brands through data-driven marketing and creative growth strategies.

3. Services Overview

We provide digital marketing and brand growth services including, but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management

  • Paid Ad Campaigns (Meta & Google)

  • Content Strategy & Copywriting

  • Branding & Creative Direction

  • Website Development & SEO

All services are customized to suit each client’s goals and may vary based on the chosen package or scope of work.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments are due as per the invoice terms shared at the beginning of the engagement.

  • Services begin after the first payment or deposit is received.

  • Ad spends (Meta, Google, or others) are billed separately and paid directly from the client’s ad account.

  • Any delay in payments may result in temporary suspension of ongoing services.

5. Project Timelines & Deliverables

We aim to maintain timely delivery across all our projects. However, completion timelines may vary depending on:

  • Client’s approval, feedback, or content submission delays

  • Platform or API restrictions (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Unforeseen external factors

DGC will always communicate any such delays and work to ensure projects remain on track.

6. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary brand information, media, and approvals promptly.

  • Maintain access to their ad accounts, social media pages, and websites.

  • Avoid changes to ad accounts or passwords during ongoing campaigns without prior notice.

  • Respond to feedback, reports, or queries from the DGC team in a timely manner.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to DGC are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

If a client chooses to discontinue services before the agreed term, DGC reserves the right to withhold refunds for the remaining period.

8. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, content plans, and ad strategies developed by DGC remain the intellectual property of Designers Growth Club unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients retain rights to use published content created under their brand after full payment is made.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information—including branding materials, analytics data, and marketing performance—as strictly confidential.

Our team signs internal NDAs and never discloses any information to third parties without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Designers Growth Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Third-party platform issues (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Client-side errors, delayed approvals, or technical issues

  • Factors outside our control, including algorithm changes or policy updates

We commit to transparency, proactive communication, and fair resolutions in all cases.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect business or legal changes.

The updated version will always be available on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
